Today we got up at nine and enjoyed breakfast whilst planning what we would be doing today considering that most things are closed due to the fact that it was the 1st of January. We decided that it was worth going back to exactly where we had started to show the parents at Aconcagua because it was the only thing that was consistently open.
In order to do that, we decided to go and find food that we could bring to the mountain because we weren’t sure we were gonna be able to find an open restaurant and we had to buy some shitty empanadas from a corner shop which didn’t look very good and didn’t taste very good, but at least that was food .
We then drove three hours to exactly where we had started the aconcagua park and saw the helicopter that we had left two days before. There we decided to hike around in the valley and took the little paths took pictures of Aconcagua. As we walked towards the Brad Pitt Bridge.
At the Brad Pitt Bridge Mitchell thinks he saw the crazy Swiss lady coming down, but because he didn’t show me still unsure .
After getting to the Brad Pitt Bridge, the sky started getting cloudier around we weren’t able to see it anymore so we decided to walk back to the entrance of the park and get back in the car for three hour journey back home
On the way there we saw a couple important spots, including where we had started a hike and where we had stayed the night before our treks.
Finally just before leaving the valley which decided to stop at Puente del Inca where we took a couple photos and then go back on the car for the rest of our journey
We arrive in Mendoza at eight and decided to drop off the car and our stuff before going to find a restaurant we could eat at . We found this really nice restaurant that did delicious Milanesas maybe the best I had eaten in Argentina.
After that, we once again went home early to go back to bed.
