Today we woke up around 7:30 am and after eating some delicious crepes i had made in a previous episode (aka frozen in my freezer) we set off towards heathrow, jumping through hoops because the elizabeth line was experiencing delays.
Once we did make it to Heathrow, everything went off without a hitch and we were able to breeze through checkin and security. We sat for a bit at costa eating our breakfast and watching the planes land until we realised we hadn’t taken sufficient insurance for this trip, so we had to buy a supplemental assurance just before boarding our flights.
Our first flight of 6 hours took us to kuwait where we had a shakeshack burger before taking the next flight overnight this time which would see us land at 6 am in Kathmandu.
