Today in order to reach Lukla, we had to first drive to the city of Ramechhap where we would be staying overnight and taking a flight the next morning to go to Lukla.
After breakfast we brought all our stuff to be weighed as we were limited to 15kg each for the whole trip due to the weight restrictions on the plane, we were very close to the limit, but thanks to carrying all the heavy camera stuff on me we were able to keep it under the limit.
Our bus first drove us about an hour outside of Kathmandu for lunch, overlooking a beautiful Valley, we ate there one of our last non-vegetarian meals as meals on the mountain are not trustworthy when it comes to meat, so we ordered a chicken burger.
After lunch we drove another 3 hours to bring us to our hotel in the middle of nowhere. There we had dinner, Dal Bhat, a traditional meal from Nepal the locals eat almost every day.
