Today we grabbed breakfast at 9 and decided to go to a village market on Anastasia’s recommendation. When we got there we were quite scared that the market we wanted wasn’t happening because we couldn’t see it, but after asking a security guard we were pointed in the right direction.
We walked up and down the isles looking at what they were offering while every Marchant approached us and offered a good price on what they were selling. Finally, I decided on what I wanted and had to bargain to bring the price down. SO I started by asking for the price of a bigger plate which was 45$ and I negotiated it down to 17$ before telling him I wanted the smaller cheaper plates instead where I negotiated it down to 2 plates at 10$ each.
we then went to the mall to do some shopping and find some biltong, as well as some food for lunch. We then had ice cream before taking a taxi back tot eh hotel. There I had a nap and said goodbye to everyone. I then had dinner in the hotel restaurant, where I had steak and wine. After that, we sat down at the bar and chatted for a while before I went to bed and got devoured by mosquitoes.
