Today we woke up very early at 5h30 in the morning and boarded our mini bus on the way to Cambodia. On this journey we travelled for about 4 hours before we arrived at the Cambodian Border where we exited Thailand and officially entered the country, thankfully everything went smoothly and we all made it thorugh relatively quickly.
After entering Cambodia, as we still had some ways to go, we stopped at a local restaurant which served us some local specialities from Cambodia like Beef lokiak. The final part of the journey was about 2 hours where i finally got some rest before we reached our hotel in Siem Reap. There we were so hot from the 34+ degree weather that we all hopped in the pool and stayed there for an hour or so before it was time to get ready for dinner.
For dinner we were transported by touk touk to the local bar street, called pub street. There we went to a restaurant where I got lemongrass chicken, a cambodian dish which was very good. Following dinner we grabbed some touktouks again and drove to the Circus show we woud be watching tonight.
the show was a mix of acrobatics and circus acts, depicting various scenes froma. kitchen to a picnic, but more importantly seemed to love to make fun of stupid white tourists, it was fun but we couldnt really tell what the story was about. However there were some cool accrobatics. After the show we headed back to the hotel, where it was time to catch up on sleep before another riddiculously early morning tomorrow
