Today after grabbing breakfast downstairs we put all of our stuff onto the bus and drove to our first stop, which was a church on the spot where Moses first saw the promised land. There we saw some remnants of 3 old churches with beautiful mosaic floors.
Our next stop was a local Mosaic making studio and shop where they showed us how the mosaics were being made. However the prices were crazy expensive, we looked around the shop for a while before getting back onto the bus to go grab some food at a local restaurant where we got a plate of chicken barbecue which is tasty but very big.
We got back onto the bus and drove for an hour because before getting to old castle ruins on the top of the hill called Karak castle then after another two hours of driving we arrived at little Petra which we got to explore, however, we didn’t have that much time since we arrived just before it was set to close.
After our visit, we stopped on our way to the hotel to watch the sunset setting over the mountains. At our hotel, we had a traditional meal as a group before a smaller group of us went to the roof to play Uno and President.
