Today after waking up around 7 we got into a bus and drove for about 5 hours to our next stop, Rio Dulce. There, we took our luggage off our bus and put it on board of a boat, whilst we boarded a second boat to our hotel for the next 2 nights.
Our boats sailed through the river for 5 mins, until we reached the other bank where we could see the pontoons of our hotel. Thereafter getting our key we walked through the jungle to find our room, a little cabin in the middle of the forest, called the Tucan room.
For lunch, we all sat in the restaurant of the hotel, where I got a delicious chicken dish.
Today was a relaxing day so we didn’t do much other than chill by the pool and take a nap and play some card games.
