Today we woke up early and had pancakes for breakfast at our homestay before heading back to the center of the city where i picked up my painting and got to meet the artist who made it.
Following this we took a boat to sail us accross the lake back to the city where a bus took us back to Antigua city. On the way we briefly stopped to visit a local mayan church where they celebrate a figure called San Simon, which they bring offerings of beer and cigarettes to.
When we arrived in antigua i decided to have a slow day and not do much as my stomach was hurting a bit, probably due to a questionable glass of water we had in the homestay. So i stayed in and took a nap and relaxed for the rest of the afternoon until it was time for dinner.
For dinner we had our farewell dinner as some of the people on this tour would be leaving us in a local restaurant.
