Today was another travel day between 2 cities in Costa Rica, so we got up early and took a bus to get down the mountains of Monteverde before we reached the Arenal lake. There we took an hour boat ride to the otherside of the lake before getting back on another bus and ariving in La Fortuna.
Once in La Fortuna, we decided to go for a walk to a local river, with a Tarzan swing where we could jump into the river below. Just before dinner we also decided to go visit another river, this one a hot river as it is connected to some thermals. We got there and after hiking through the river we reached a little pooled off area where we could chill. however since we waited too long and the sun had set, we had to carry all of our stuff out in pitch darkness whilst trying to avoid tripping over other people and different rocks. even having to cross a small waterfall to make it out.
